FEDELE Meeting in Salamanca

by Olivia

Later this month, on the 25th and 27th of November, Salamanca will play host to a meeting of European schools that teach Spanish as a foreign language.

Organised by FEDELE and Turespaña, the meeting aims to facilitate discussion between leaders and directors of centres of secondary education and professional training from all over Europe, specifically those which offer Spanish courses in Spain.

The meeting will allow collaborators to discuss and compare the profiles of their students, among other topics. On the first of the two days there will also be a number of talks, including a presentation on what's available with regard to learning Spanish in Spain, as well as information about the guarantees offered by the network of accredited FEDELE centres - the latter will be provided in conjunction with the Instituto Cervantes. Day one will conclude with a talk on the host city. The second day will then involve a series of 30-minute workshops for representatives from the participating schools and educational centres.
