Student story: Agnes in Salamanca, Granada and Sevilla

Agnes, 19 years old and from France, spent 7 months studying Spanish with don Quijote in Spain. She recommends combining cities during a Spanish course to see more of Spain. Here's her story:

I studied for 7 months at don Quijote schools, I first went to Salamanca, Granada and Sevilla and then Salamanca again. I had a very great time in Spain, thanks to don Quijote. I heard of don Quijote by word of mouth and I knew that the quality of the courses and the way of teaching were very good to improve fast. I have not been disappointed. Indeed, the patience, the kindness of the professors and the homogeneity of the groups make it easy to learn. I was at the begining taking courses in the B1 (Intermediate) level and I finished in C2 (Advanced) level. I met many foreigners with whom I've kept in contact. I met Swedish, Belgians, American and Japanese friends. I would advise to everyone to combine multiple cities during the stay in Spain. Spanish culture can be completely different from one city to another so that it is very enriching to travel and live in different cities.

I would like to thank the don Quijote course counselling service which is very competent. I had answers to my questions very quickly.

Je suis restée 7 mois à don Quijote. Tout d'abord à Salamanque puis à Grenade et Seville et à nouveau à Salamanque. Mon expérience fut très bonne. J'ai entendu parler de don Quijote essentiellement par bouche à oreille, je savais que la qualité des cours permettrait de progresser très rapidement et je ne fus pas déçue. En effet, la patience, la gentillesse des professeurs et l'homogéinité des groupes rendent l'apprentissage plus facile. J'ai en effet progressé du niveau B1 à C2. J'ai rencontré de nombreux étrangers avec qui j'ai gardé contact. J'ai désormais des amis suedois, belges, amériacains et japonnais… Je conseilerais à tout le monde de combiner plusieurs villes d'Espagne. L'Espagne est un pays dont la culture et l'ambiance peuvent être complètement différentes d'une ville à l'autre. L'enrichissement est donc d'autant plus important.

Enfin, je tiens à préciser que les conseillers don Quijote via le site internet sont très compétents, j'ai été rapidement et bien conseillée.
