Read the News in Spanish

by Erin

Here are few resources for reading the news in Spanish - from anywhere! (No excuses for not building your vocabulary!)

Spain's El Pais is free online.

El Mundo, also from Spain and also free, offers a translator, and Spanish to English and Spanish to French dictionaries, in case you get stuck along the way.

And last, two more free online news sources from Spain: ABC and 20 Minutos.

Better yet, listen to the news in Spanish online with the BBC: BBC News in Spanish

If you'd like to find Spanish news resources in Latin America, pick your country: here you'll find an extensive list of Latin American newspapers.
