DELE Spanish Exams - Examenes de español DELE

DELE exams (Diplomas de Español como Lengua Extranjera) give you an Official accreditation of your degree of fluency in Spanish language. Issued by the Spanish Ministry of Education, they are the only official diplomas for Spanish as foreign language and they are accepted by private companies, chambers of commerce and both public and private educational institutions.

There are three different levels for the DELE exams according to the language level:

• C.I.E. - Is the Initial certificate of Spanish.
• D.I.E - Is the Intermediate Diploma.
• D.S.E - Is the Superior Diploma.

Every year the Spanish Ministry of Education calls for at least two exam dates usually in May and November. Exam dates in Spain for 2005 are: May 13th and November 18th. There is also an additional exam date on August 26th only in Barcelona and Salamanca. You should register for the exam at the Instituto Cervantes offices or in the Spanish embassies or consulates. don Quijote offers you courses to prepare for DELE and will help you with the registration for the exam.

DELE tests include a Reading Comprenhension, Writting, Listening Comprenhension, Grammar and vocabulary exercises, and an Oral exam.

Los exámenes DELE son una acreditación de tu nivel de español. Están reconocidos por el Ministerio de educación y son el diploma oficial de español como lengua extranjera aceptados por empresas privadas, cámaras de comercio y instituciones tanto públicas como privadas.

Existen tres niveles diferentes para los exámenes DELE según el nivel de conocimiento del idioma:

• C.I.E.- Es el Certificado Inicial de Español
• D.I.E - Diploma Intermedio de Español
• D.S.E - Diploma Superior de Español

Las fechas de los exámenes DELE en 2005 en España son las siguientes: 13 de mayo y 18 de noviembre. Hay también una convocatoria extraordinaria el 26 de agosto sólo en Barcelona y Salamanca. Debes inscribirte para realizar el exámen en los centros del Instituo Cervantes o en en los Consulados y Embajadas españoles. El exámen se compone de ejercicios de comprensión de lectura, expresión escrita, comprensión auditiva, gramática y vocabulario, así como un examen oral.
